Blueberry Grape Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
8 ounces of 100% grape juice
1 cup low fat plain Greek style yogurt
2 tbsp of egg white protein (I recommend Jay Robb Egg White Protein Vanilla)

Preparation Time: 1 minute

Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for approximately 30 seconds. Serves 2 to 3.
